Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that delivers meals to seniors, the homebound and handicapped citizens of Sedalia. The food is prepared by Superior Vendall and is delivered by the Smith-Cotton Class of 1969. Meals cost $4. For more information on receiving meals or becoming a volunteer, call 660-826-5039.
Monday: Chicken breast filet, potato wedges, peas, brownie and milk.
Tuesday: Chili, pimento cheese sandwich, crackers, applesauce and milk.
Wednesday: Fish filet, hush puppies, Cole slaw, banana and milk.
Thursday: Chicken Alfredo, breadstick, corn, peaches and milk.
Friday: Pork chop, posh potatoes, green beans, cookie and milk.
