Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that delivers meals to seniors, the homebound and handicapped citizens of Sedalia. The food is prepared by Superior Vendall and is delivered by First Christian Church. Meals cost $4. For more information on receiving meals or becoming a volunteer, call 660-826-5039.
Monday: Pulled pork on bun, cottage cheese, chips, banana, milk.
Tuesday: Spaghetti, California medley, breadsticks, brownie, milk.
Wednesday: Sloppy Joe, potato salad, baked beans, peaches, milk.
Thursday: Ham slice, scalloped potatoes, green beans, vanilla pudding, milk.
Friday: Roast beef, potatoes and gravy, peas, cookie, milk.
