Hannelore Messer observed her 80th birthday May 3.
She was born May 3, 1941, in Yugoslavia.
Before retirement, she was a bookkeeper at a machine shop and also a homemaker.
She enjoys gardening, flowers, reading and knitting.
Hannelore has two children, Debra Gonzales, of Slater, and Vickie Hinnah, of Gillum.
