Arrests

Oct. 4

7:11 p.m.: Christopher J. Sinn, 30, of the 1700 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested after officers responded to the 1000 block of West Third Street for a report of burglary. The victim reported an unknown subject entered her residence while she was asleep and stole unspecified items. The resident was alerted as the subject fled. Sinn was located and arrested. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of first-degree burglary and stealing.

Incidents

Oct. 13

2:10 p.m.: A report was taken regarding a lost or stolen license plate in the 300 block of Main Street. The victim is unsure when the license plate went missing.

Oct. 14

12:05 p.m.: A victim in the 29000 block of Boonville Road reported an unknown person used their debit card. They were asked to supply the Sheriff's Office with bank statements and the incident is being investigated.

Arrests

Oct. 14

8:48 a.m.: Daniel R. Williams, 39, of Grandview, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, no valid driver's license, speeding, failure to properly affix a license plate, and failure to register a vehicle. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.

4:54 p.m.: Devin M. Miller, 26, of Warsaw, was arrested in Henry County for felony possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, driving while intoxicated, drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Henry County Jail and released.

7:03 p.m.: Emalie G. Oehrke, 27, of Otterville, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.
