Dec. 19
1:34 a.m.: Steven Nunez, 28, of the 600 block of East 11th Street, was arrested near the intersection of East 10th Street and South Massachusetts Avenue for driving while intoxicated. A traffic stop was conducted for several traffic violations. After an investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated.
Incidents
Dec. 21
9:12 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1500 block of South Stewart Avenue for a domestic assault. The suspect left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. Through an investigation, a primary aggressor was determined. A charge of third-degree domestic assault will be submitted to the prosecutor.
Dec. 22
1:42 a.m.: An officer responded to the 1900 block of South Lamine Avenue for a theft report. The victim and multiple witnesses stated the suspect came to use the victim’s cellphone and then quickly left with the property. A theft charge has been submitted to the prosecutor.
