Jan. 22

11:24 p.m.: Stanley W. Coterel, 66, of the 300 block of North Stewart Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of North Park Avenue and West Pettis Street for driving while intoxicated (persistent offender) and operating a vehicle after dark without lights. A traffic stop was conducted for a vehicle operating without headlights.

Jan. 24

1:39 a.m.: Crystal Dawn Anderson, 44, of the 2400 block of Stacey Lane, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and South Carr Avenue for driving while intoxicated. A traffic stop was conducted for an improper turn and failing to maintain the lane several times. After an investigation, it was determined the driver was intoxicated.

Incidents

Jan. 19

9:14 a.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 2900 block of Clinton Road for a theft report. The complainant reported catalytic converters were stolen off of six vehicles.

Jan. 23

1:29 a.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 3000 block of South Limit Avenue for a report of a customer using a fake $50 bill.

Jan. 25

3:15 a.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 3000 block of Erika Avenue for a theft report. The complainant said three catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles on their lot.

Jan. 23

12:28 a.m.: Joel M. Bollinger, 44, of Stover, was arrested in Morgan County for no valid license, no seat belt and a warrant.

5:37 p.m.: Zachary C. Crowder, 28, of Osage Beach, was arrested in Benton County for driving with a revoked license and two warrants.

Jan. 24

9:20 a.m.: Scott D. Heiser, 40, of Bates City, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
