3:07 a.m.: Yader Stibi Salinas, 22, of the 1200 block of South Missouri Avenue, was arrested after officers responded to a 911 hang-up. They determined a domestic disturbance had occurred and that the male subject was the primary aggressor. Salinas was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending state charges of third-degree domestic assault and child abuse.
