8:56 p.m.: Lara M. Orton, 23, was arrested after police stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic violation near Limit Avenue and Duke Drive. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while suspended.

12:41 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of South Hancock Avenue for the report of a theft. They contacted the victim, obtained a statement and documented the evidence for a report.
5:22 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office for a suspicious activity report. Information was gathered and documented for the case.

9:11 a.m.: A subject in the 700 block of East Fourth Street reported fraudulent transactions to his bank statement totaling $28.72. He wished to pursue charges
Oct 7
12:15 a.m.: A bicycle was found abandoned outside police headquarters and was placed into evidence as found property.
12:50 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to Bristol Lane for the report of a domestic assault. Information was documented and a suspect was identified.
