Arrests

Sept 27

12:50 a.m.: Tavi Kevin Malike Johnson, 27, was arrested after being observed driving failing through stop on North Engineer onto westbound Saline Avenue. The vehicle had temporary tags and illegal window tint and at a traffic stop at Scott Joplin Court it failed to yield, driving through the end of the court and attempting to back into a parking spot. The drive was intoxicated and was processed at the police department and released with the citation for DWI.

2:25 a.m.: Ramon Marquis Jamerson, 30, was arrested after police responded to the 300 block of East Fourth Street for a disturbance. The suspect had been trying to get inside an apartment and was attempting to leave, backing up his vehicle when police arrived. He was extremely intoxicated and was processed and released from the police department with a charge of DWI.

Sept 30

10:07 a.m.: Ashley S. Jones, 26, and Abigail Raelyn Lowry, 35, were cited after officers responded to Scott Joplin Court for a disturbance. After an investigation was found that two individuals had fought and both were issued a city citation for peace disturbance.

6:17 p.m.: Adam Ray Allen, 47, was arrested after officers conducted a subject check on an individual with multiple active warrants. Allen was told he was under arrest and failed to obey law enforcement commands. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of failure to appear and resisting arrest. 

Oct 1

12:27 a.m.: Amy R. Naylor, 43, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a gas station for a trespassing individual. The suspect was given a non-expiring trespass warning and later officers were dispatched to the same gas station and were informed Naylor was back on property She was arrested and released with a city citation for trespassing. 

2:11 a.m.: Amy Rachelle Naylor, 43, was arrested after a call came in from West Third Street and West Avenue regarding a subject walking down the street yelling racial slurs and waking up the neighborhood. Police instructed the subject to continue to walk down the street and not disturb anyone else but Naylor did not comply and was arrested for public peace disturbance - first offense. 

Incidents

11:18 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the police department for a report of property damage on the corner of West Main Street and North Missouri Avenue. A report was made and photos of the evidence were taken.

Sept 28

1:30 p.m.: A subject was arrested for speeding and a revoked drivers license near Hwy Y and Dresden Road. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released.

Sept 29

8:05 p.m.: Pettis County deputies responded to the 100 block of West Clay Street in Smithton for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was later located and subject was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Sept 27

3:16 a.m.: Alexander L. Garcia, 27, of Moline, Il was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.

Sept 30

8:59 a.m.: Deluvina D. Nimmo, 38, of Warsaw was arrested in Pettis County for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a Benton County warrant.

8:15 p.m.: Allan E. Bamaca, 27, of Sedalia was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to maintain the right half of the roadway, no insurance, no license and littering. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
