Well-known Sedalia artist and businesswoman Myrna Ragar will relocate to Hernando, Mississippi, to be closer to her family this month. In a poignant moment on Tuesday, she met with a few classmates for a goodbye luncheon from the Smith-Cotton High School Class of 1959.
