Aug. 7
6:05 a.m.: Deputies responded to the 100 block of Villa Drive in reference to a report of a vehicle break-in. The caller reported someone had broken the passenger-side window of her vehicle overnight and took a large amount of cash from her wallet. An investigation continues.
8:50 a.m.: A La Monte resident reported his two green four wheelers and other items were stolen sometime overnight. Deputies had no known suspects at the time of the report. The investigation in ongoing.

Arrests
Aug. 7
8:40 p.m.: Darian M. Kordish, 21, and Allison N. Bennett, 19, both of Nelson, were arrested in Saline County on a charge of fourth-degree domestic assault.
Aug. 8
1:35 a.m.: Donnell V. Jones, 28, of Raytown, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, not having insurance and driving with a suspended license. Troopers also served two misdemeanor warrants from the Platte County Sheriff’s Office.
