Arrests

Aug. 14

8:05 a.m.: Dustin Hart, 28, of the 500 block of West Young Avenue, was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of an illegal weapon. Officers conducted a subject check in the 300 block of South Grand Avenue. Dispatch advised the subject, Hart, had a warrant from Wyandotte County, Kansas, for a no-bond probation violation warrant. The officer arrested Hart, and a search of his person reportedly revealed marijuana and an illegal weapon.

2:20 p.m.: James W. Davis Jr., 46, of the 200 block of West Johnson Street, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license. An officer stopped Davis’ vehicle at North Ohio Avenue and West Cooper Street. Dispatch confirmed he had a suspended license after performing a Department of Revenue and warrant check.

Incidents

Aug. 13

8 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of South Osage Avenue for a report of property damage. He spoke with the victim, who was the landlord of the property. The victim said two of his previous tenants came to the house and broke three windows. The estimated cost to replace all of the windows is about $925. The officer hadn’t made any arrests at the time of the report.

Arrests

Aug. 14

12 a.m.: Debra S. Rauch, 38, of Clarksville, Indiana, was arrested in Saline County on charges of felony driving while intoxicated, speeding, following too closely, lane violation and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Troopers also served a felony warrant Clark County (Indiana) Sheriff’s Department.

Aug. 15

1:45 a.m.: Danny R. Read, 43, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
