Virginia woman hurt on I-70
A Virginia woman was injured while driving on Interstate 70 in Saline County on Tuesday.
Kelsey Jones, 22, of Manassas, Virginia, was eastbound on the highway at 1:58 a.m. when she swerved to avoid another vehicle, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. Her car traveled off the roadway and into the median.
Jones suffered minor injuries in the crash and received treatment at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall. It is unknown whether she was wearing a seat belt.
