Richard L. Evans, 70, of Harrisonville, suffered moderate injuries at 3:30 p.m. Monday in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Evans was riding a 2016 Polaris Sportsman north on Ivy Bend Road when he went off the right side of the road and struck a culvert.
Evans was not wearing a safety device and was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
