Stover man seriously injured in Morgan County roll-over
Trevor D. McCollom, 20, of Stover, received serious injuries at 11:46 a.m. Thursday in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, McCollom was driving north in a 2001 Ford F150 on state Highway 135 at Cottonwood Drive when he failed to negotiate a curve, he traveled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a fence, and overturned twice.
He was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported by MU Air Care to University Hospital in Columbia.
Sedalia woman hurt in Pettis accident
Carol Burton, 77, of Sedalia, received minor injuries at 11:38 a.m. Thursday in a Pettis County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Jeffrey R. Kinder, 57, of Willow Springs, was making a left turn onto U.S. Highway 65 south at Speed Avenue causing Burton to drive his vehicle into her 2011 Toyota.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, Burton was transported to Bothwell Regional Medical Center.
