One killed in Morgan County pile-up

Identifying injury information is not available for a three-vehicle crash at 4 p.m. Saturday in Morgan County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Jeep Wrangler driven by Kurt A. Nulf, 71, of Otterville, was slowing or stopping to turn possibly on Morgan County Drive when Dalton D. Bailey, 33, of Olean, driver of a 2018 Ford F250, failed to observe the vehicle slow. Bailey attempted to stop to avoid Nulf, which caused the Ford to strike the rear of the Jeep, sending both vehicles off the road. Bailey’s vehicle then struck a tree. One subject was pronounced deceased at MU Hospital in Columbia by Dr. J. Huffman.
