Warrensburg man seriously injured in accident
A Warrensburg man suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday in Johnson County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, James L. McKinney, 39, was driving a 1983 Yamaha east on U.S. Highway 50 at state Route 58 when he lost control of the vehicle on uneven lanes.
McKinney, who was not using a safety device, was taken by Johnson County Ambulance District to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for his injuries.
