Warrensburg woman injured in Johnson accident

Merissa R. Bailey, 22, of Warrensburg, sustained moderate injuries at 5:19 p.m. Monday in a Johnson County accident. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Bailey was driving west on 1800 block of NW Highway 2  in a 2008 Nissan when she swerved to avoid striking an object in the roadway, traveled off the left side of the road, struck a ditch, and overturned.

Bailey was wearing a seat belt, and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.

Stover woman hurt in Morgan accident

Tiffany D. Kelly, 28, Stover, sustained minor injuries at 5:30 p.m. Monday in a Morgan County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2019 Kia Forte driven by Deborah E. Silvey, 68, of Barnett, crossed the centerline on a curve and struck a 2007 Saturn Vue driven by Kelly. The Forte then traveled off the north side of the road, and the Vue traveled off the south side of the road, striking a mailbox and utility pole.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts, Kelly was transported by private conveyance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. 

Windsor woman hurt in Pettis accident

Dabecka M. Kirk, 40, of Windsor, sustained minor injuries at 12:34 p.m. Monday in a Pettis County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, The crash occurred as a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado driven by Ricky G. Keele, 61, Clinton, and a 2004 Toyota Sienna driven by Darsha K. Funk, 22, of Warsaw, were stopped to turn onto Hoffman Road when a 2008 Hyundai driven by Kirk struck the rear of the Chevrolet causing the vehicle to hit the Toyota. A 2004 Kenworth driven by Breighton A. Cook, 20, of Eldon, struck the driver's side of the Chevrolet.

Everyone involved was wearing seat belts, Kirk was transported to Bothwell Regional Medical Center by Cole Camp Ambulance District.
