Susan D. Sullivan, 66, of Gravois Mills, suffered minor injuries at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Sullivan was driving a 2009 Ford F150 east on Camilla Road at Proctor Road when she traveled through the intersection, exited the east side of the roadway and struck an embankment.
Sullivan was not wearing a seat belt and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
