Jerry L. Keightley, 66, of Weaubleau, sustained minor injuries at 319 p.m. Wednesday in a Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Keightley was driving a 1998 Dodge Dakota north on state Route 13 when he traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
Keightley was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Golden Valley ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
Susan E. Baker, 64, of Stover; Katheryn E. Rutter-Cornett, 67, of Stover; and Judith C. Riedel, 76, of Blakesburg, Iowa, received minor injuries at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway report, a 2016 Scion IM driven by Rutter-Cornett slowed in the roadway of state Route 135 and was struck in the rear by a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Baker.
Everyone was wearing a seat belt. Baker refused treatment at the scene. Rutter-Cornette and Riedel, an occupant in the Scion, were transported to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach by ambulance.
