Two Sedalia residents were moderately injured in a single-vehicle accident at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29 in Pettis County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Michael E. Barnett, 46, of Sweet Springs, was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze north on state Route 127, a half-mile south of Route NN, when he traveled off the right side of the road. His vehicle rotated counterclockwise, traveled off the left side of the road, and struck an embankment before coming to rest.
Two passengers, a 13-year-old female and 36-year-old Amber F. Gregg, were taken by private vehicle to Bothwell Regional Health Center.
The report states Barnett, the teen and Gregg were all wearing seat belts.
MSHP was assisted by the Sweet Springs Police Department.
