Nathanial L. Vanderlinden, 46, of Green Ridge, sustained minor injuries at 2:02 p.m. Monday in a Pettis County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Vanderlinden was driving a 2006 Ram 1500 south on state Route 127 when he fell asleep and struck the towed unit of a southbound Dodge 2500 driven by Bret A. Knight, 40, of La Monte.
Knight was wearing a seat belt, but Vanderlinden was not and he was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by the Pettis County Ambulance District.
