Chance meetings are sometimes the best meetings of all. And so it was for a French cyclist who stopped in Sedalia on Sunday, Aug. 6 and accidentally met bicycle enthusiast Dr. Doug Kiburz, an orthopedic surgeon at Bothwell Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, who enjoys riding 1880-era high-wheel bikes.
