April 19
12:26 p.m.: Juan Jose Cuevas Jr., 21, of the 1900 block of South Marvin Avenue, was arrested by the police regarding an ongoing investigation. Cuevas was arrested after an interview and taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked on a 24-hour hold pending charges of second-degree sexual misconduct and enticing or soliciting a child verbally or through the internet.
Incidents
April 24
10:15 a.m.: Officers took a theft report in the police department lobby. A victim from the 3100 block of West 10th Street stated someone fraudulently took money from his account by electronic means. The theft was over $2,500.
3:06 p.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 2800 block of East 12th Street for a property damage report. The owner reported a vehicle on the lot had sustained $1,000 in damages.
