Arrests

March 28

2:12 p.m.: Megan P. Tubbs, 41, and Shirley J. McCreary, 64, of the 1600 block of West 18th Street, were arrested after an officer was dispatched to a business int he 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft report. Two suspects came into the store and attempted to leave with approximately $25.36 in merchandise without paying. The merchandise was recovered and the suspects were issued court summons’ for stealing.

April 1

11:42 p.m.: Joseph Elmer Fore, 41, of Sedalia, was arrested after officers responded to the 500 block of East Fourth Street for a report of trespassing. The suspect, who was known to the victim, was reported to have been previously issued a trespass warning for this residence not to return. The suspect reportedly returned to the residence, unplugged the victim's cameras and sat on the porch yelling, drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. After the course of the investigation, Fore was arrested, transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold for second-degree trespass.

12:36 a.m.: Officers spoke with a subject in the police department lobby regarding a previous incident. They gathered information and generated a report.
