12:18 a.m.: Joseph Elmer Fore, 41, of Sedalia, was arrested after police responded to the 500 block of East Fourth Street for a trespassing complaint. Contact was made with the suspect and the victim, and the victim wanted to pursue charges for the trespass. Fore was informed he was under arrest and resisted, but was eventually taken into custody. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending state charges of first-degree trespass and resisting arrest.
4:51 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a report of property damage in the 700 block of East Ninth Street. They gathered information for a report.
