4:24 a.m.: Richard Emmanuel Shull, 38, of Sedalia, was arrested after officers responded to a business in the 200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a trespassing subject. They determined Shull was trespassing in the business and he was arrested and released from the scene with a summons.
3:24 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a business in the 3100 bloc of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a private property crash involving a black 2000 Ford F150. A passenger reported minor injury. The driver reported the vehicle's brakes did not work and he drove into the back wall, damaging the landscape and a gas line.
