This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Aug. 11

11:04 p.m.: Francisco T. Aguare, 27, of Versailles, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and being improperly stopped in traffic. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.

Aug. 12

11:15 a.m.: Jeremy A. Bowers, 41, of Knob Noster, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated - persistent offender and speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.

5:23 p.m.: William M. Devaney, 45, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County for indecent exposure and property damage. He was transported to the Benton County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

11:29 p.m.: Michaela F. Angelico, 28, of Plato, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain the right-half of the roadway. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.

11:37 p.m.: William Kondratyuk, 21, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County for resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault - special victim. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.

Aug. 13

1:23 a.m.: Elizabeth J. Zimmerman, 39, of Craig, Colorado, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated, no valid operator’s license, no insurance, and no seat belt. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.
