Arrests

Dec. 21

2:39 a.m.: David L. Matthews, of Sedalia, was arrested in the 5600 block of South Limit Avenue for identity theft, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, and two Sedalia Police Department warrants.

Incidents

Dec. 21

9:53 a.m.: Deputies responded to a business in the 28000 block of South state Route 127 for a theft report. The investigation was ongoing at the time of the report.

Dec. 23

1:24 a.m.: Deputies responded to the 22000 block of Maltsbarger Road in reference to an attempted burglary no longer in progress. The investigation was ongoing at the time of the report.

5:41 p.m.: Kyle S. Foster, 30, of Rocky Mount, was arrested in Morgan County for driving with a revoked license, no insurance, and two misdemeanor Lake Ozark Police Department failure to appear warrants for traffic violations.
