10:40 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle with a defective brake light that also failed to stay on the right side of the road. Methamphetamine residue was found in a pill bottle. No charges are being sought.
12:42 p.m.: An officer met a victim from the 400 block of North Grand Avenue who wished to report they’d been scammed out of money. Payments to the scammers were determined to have happened in a different agency. The suspects' identities are unknown.
