Arrests

Dec. 29

11:22 p.m.: Kyle Gregory Lindgren, 28, of the 100 block of Autumn Avenue, was arrested after officers were dispatched in reference to a harassment report. The caller said her neighbor sent her threatening text messages after she called the police on him earlier in the day for trespassing. Lindgren was arrested and transported to Bothwell for a fit of confinement for intoxication. Bothwell determined he needed to be admitted, so Lindgren was released and charges for harassment first-degree will be requested.

11:28 p.m.: Tasha Robmesha Jamerson, 36, of the 1000 block of East 12th Street, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop near West Broadway Boulevard and South Quincy Avenue. The driver had a suspended license, was issued a citation and released to a valid driver.

Dec. 30

1:24 p.m.: Sergei S. Gladush, Jr, 44, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to the 3400 block of East Broadway Boulevard for a report of trespassing. The caller stated there was a subject inside the store that was upset they couldn't serve him alcohol due to his intoxication level. Gladush was later located and issued a trespass warning from the gas station. He later returned to the gas station in an attempt to purchase alcohol, was located and placed under arrest for trespassing and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

10:03 p.m.: Patrick Wayne Brown, 37, of the 2000 block of East Seventh Street, was arrested after a vehicle fire that was intentionally set in the 1100 block of South Harding Avenue. A suspect was described, and Brown was located in his vehicle on Boonville Road near South Harding Avenue.

He was advised his vehicle was to be searched and he resisted. He was arrested, and when walked to the patrol car assaulted an officer.

As Brown was being arrested, Michael Lee Hughes, 50, of the 1500 block of East Boonville Street, and Ryan M. Hughes, 27, were arrested for felony resisting arrest.

Hughes was charged with resisting arrest, and Brown was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of knowingly burning or exploding, first-degree property damage, unlawful possession of an illegal weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest.

Dec. 31

1:36 a.m.: Cynetta Anne Casey, 20, of the 100 block of West Cooper Street was arrested after officers responded to Coach’s bar, 303 S. Lamine Ave., for the report of an assault. Casey was transported to the Sedalia Police Department, charged with assault, and released with a summons.

12:03 p.m.: Dwight Albert Trester II, was arrested after an officer on patrol in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard located him inside of a business he had previously trespassed. The officer confirmed the non-expiring trespass notice and placed the subject under arrest. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released.

1:22 p.m.: Christopher D. McIntosh, 31, of the 700 block of East 10th Street, was arrested after officers were dispatched for a disturbance. An argument between neighbors resulted in a physical confrontation. McIntosh was issued a court summons for assault.

8:42 p.m.: Hunter William Bunker, 31, of the 3200 block of Cunningham Drive, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to a domestic disturbance. A primary aggressor was determined and Bunker was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Jan. 1

1:45 a.m.: Elmer Goicochea, 28, of the 1600 block of south of Stuart Avenue, was arrested after officers responded to a domestic assault. The victim stated her husband began hitting her with witnesses watching. Goicochea was arrested and transported to Pettis County Jail where he was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Dec. 29

11:23 a.m.: A Walmart associate reported a shoplifter from the store. A report was completed.

Dec. 30

8:21 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the Stone Creek Apartments, 3100 Brianna Blvd., for a report of a subject who was not breathing. The caller was in the process of giving CPR and it was determined the subject might have overdosed. Two doses of Narcan were administered and the subject soon was able to regain consciousness. They denied any further medical attention.

9:54 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of South Kentucky Avenue in reference to a property damage and theft report. Overnight subjects had broken into a shed and stolen approximately $2,500 in items.

6:01 p.m.: Officers responded to East Fourth Street and South Engineer Avenue in reference to a hit-and-run accident. The reporting party said his vehicle was struck and the suspect fled. There is no information on the suspect.

8:54 p.m.: An officer spoke to a suspect about the violation of a court order in the 200 block of South Lamine Avenue. The victim provided information that showed the suspect had violated an ex parte order by communicating with him via text message and phone calls.

9:41 p.m.: An officer took a report over the phone of a hit and run accident in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard. The complainant stated a vehicle struck his vehicle while he was inside a business and left the scene without exchanging information. There is no suspect information.

Jan. 1

9:04 p.m.: Officers came across an injured deer near East 24th Street and Killian Drive that had apparently been struck by a vehicle. The officers euthanized it and removed it from the roadway.

Dec. 30

6:15 a.m.: Vincente Rodriguez Cabrera, 18, of La Monte, was arrested after Pettis County Deputies attempted a vehicle stop for speeding at 98 mph in a 55 on state Route Y near Vanatta Road. The vehicle continued to travel east at a high rate of speed refusing to stop for approximately five miles on state Route Y and in excess of 115 mph with no traffic.

Cabrera eventually wrecked into the curb at the roundabout on state Route Y and Winchester Road. Cabrera was taken into custody, transported to the Pettis County Jail, and was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charge of resisting arrest by fleeing, creating a substantial risk, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, first - offense, and exceeding the posted speed limit by more than 26 miles per hour.

Dec. 31

2:13 a.m.: Levi G. Bell, of Sedalia, was arrested after Pettis County Deputies and Missouri State Highway Patrol were made aware of a careless driver near U.S. Highway 65 Highway and state Highway 765. Deputies located the vehicle and checked its speed at 112 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone.

Deputies and troopers attempted to stop the vehicle, which fled at high rates of speed. After a short pursuit the vehicle eventually was near Liberty Park and the driver was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for a blood draw. He was then taken to the Pettis County Jail where he was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of resisting arrest by fleeing, creating substantial risk of to the public, driving while intoxicated and exceeding the speed limit by greater than 26 mph.

9:00 p.m.: Faydra L. Hardison-Jones, 44, of Concordia, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance-psilocybin and driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Concordia police department and released.

9:35 p.m.: Brian E. Garvey, 53, of Gravois Mills, was arrested in Morgan County for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right-half the roadway resulting in a crash, and no seat belt.He was transported to the Morgan County Jail.

Dec. 30

8:08 a.m.: Johnnie Young, 60, of Independence, was arrested in Johnson County for felony driving while revoked and exceeding the posted speed limit. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.

10:10 p.m.: Mikayla K. Dill, 23, of Grandview, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and a registration violation. She was transported to the Johnson County Jail and released.

Dec. 31

1:10 p.m.: Maida Echevarria, 48, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for felony possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility and a misdemeanor Boone County warrant.

6:55 p.m.: Kayla D. Winkler, 30, of Kearney, was arrested in Morgan County for driving while suspended, three Clay County warrants, and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was transported to the Morgan County Jail.

8:28 p.m.: Virgil J. Clark, 26, of Clinton, was arrested in Henry County for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain the right-half of the roadway resulting in a crash, no seat belt, and possession of brass knuckles. He was transported to the Henry County Jail and released.

9:40 p.m.: Ryan D. McGee, 46, of Knob Noster, was arrested in Johnson County for a felony Johnson County warrant and exceeding the posted speed limit. He was transported to the Johnson County Sheriff's department.

10:10 p.m.: Otto T. Sirom, 60, of Hamilton, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.

Jan. 1

12:05 a.m.: Marcia D. Duggins, 60, of Lee's Summit, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain the right-half of the roadway and speeding. She was transported to the Henry County Jail and released.

12:31 a.m.: Garod J. Marr, 29, of Knob Noster, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated - prior offender and an equipment violation. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.

1:12 a.m.: Samuel M. Shannon, 18, of New Franklin, Owen W. Curry, 18, of New Franklin, and Douglas L. Creason, 20, of Franklin, were arrested in Moniteau County for being minors in possession of alcohol. They were transported to the Moniteau County Jail.
