10:08 a.m.: Talitha M. Parkhurst, 27, of the 1800 block of South Warren Street, was arrested after a warrant check at a business. Parkhurst had an active probation violation warrant and during a search, a crystalline substance consistent with methamphetamine was located. Parkhurst was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and the warrant.
4:54 p.m.: A victim reported his bicycle was stolen off property in the 1000 block of West Third Street. The bicycle’s value is approximately $50. Officers gathered information for a report.
