5:16 a.m.: Kristin Rose Edwards, 43, of the 100 block of East Second Street, was arrested after an officer responded for a disturbance. Edwards was determined to be the primary physical aggressor and was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of third-degree domestic assault.
Incidents
11:24 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of East 14th Street in reference to a theft report. The victim stated someone stole one of his license plates. It was entered into the system as stolen.
