Nov. 5
11:47 p.m.: Isidro Matacua Aguilar, 27, of the 200 block of South Missouri Avenue, was arrested after officers conducted a vehicle stop in the 1400 block of Thompson Boulevard for drifting into the opposite traffic lane. The driver was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked on state charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked driver's license. Aguilar was placed on a 12-hour protective custody hold.
Nov. 6
1:02 a.m.: Sergey Sergeyevich Zayats, 22, of 33000 block of U.S. Highway 65, was arrested after a vehicle with no plates was observed on West Broadway Boulevard. It was determined that the driver was intoxicated and he was arrested, transported to the Sedalia Police Department, issued a uniform traffic ticket for driving while intoxicated, and released to a sober driver.
1:49 a.m.: Wesley C. Morrison, 18, of the 2200 block of South Babcock Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle stop at West 16th Street and South Prospect Avenue after a vehicle struck a curb. It was determined the driver was a minor and intoxicated. He was arrested, transported for processing, issued municipal citations for driving while intoxicated and minor in possession of alcohol, and was released to a parent.
2:29 a.m.: Christopher Danial McKenzie, 39, of the 1300 block of South Carr Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle was observed with no working license plate lights at South Grand Avenue and West 18th Street. Contact was made with the subject who was determined to be intoxicated and had a revoked driver's license. He was arrested and transported to the police department then transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked pending charges of driving while intoxicated - chronic offender and driving with a revoked license.
7:52 a.m.: Stephanie Nicole Arney, 35, of the 1600 block of East 16th Street, was arrested after a traffic stop near Main Street and South Limit Avenue because the registered owner was suspended. Arnie was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended - revoked license, and two failure to appear warrants.
5:24 p.m.: Ferris Lee Higginbotham Jr., 24, of the 1500 block of West 20th Street, was arrested after officers observed a vehicle speeding. A computer check showed the driver did not have a valid license. He was arrested, transported to the police department, booked and released with a City charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license.

1:51 a.m.: Juan Lincoln, 57, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested after a traffic stop on West Broadway Boulevard for speeding and swerving. It was discovered the driver had a revoked driving status and was intoxicated. Lincoln was arrested and transported to the Sedalia Police Department and then the Pettis County Jail where he was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license.
Nov. 8
12:14 a.m.: Nathanael A. David, 32, of the 2800 block of South Ingram Avenue, was arrested after a traffic stop on West 16th Street and South Moniteau Avenue for driving erratically. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated - prior offender and driving with a suspended driver's license. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Nov. 1
3:07 p.m.: An officer began investigating a sex crime that was referred to the police department by a third party on the 300 block of West Third Street.
Nov. 5
11:01 a.m.: Officers responded to the 3000 block of Clinton Road for a report of a burglary. Two male subjects reported their storage units were broken into and items were stolen within the past two weeks.
5:18 p.m.: An officer took a report in the police department lobby of assault. The victim had evidence of a physical injury and wished to pursue charges. A state charge of third-degree domestic assault was submitted to the prosecutor's office.
Nov. 6
9:29 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of South Ohio Avenue for a report of property damage. A building's front door was damaged. There is no suspect information at this time.
8:42 a.m.: While speaking with a subject in the lobby about an assault that took place overnight involving two known suspects, a victim wanted to make another report of a theft. She said her purse was missing and was last seen somewhere between the Washington Street Bridge and East Third Street. The victim said the purse contained around $200 cash.
12:48 p.m.: Officers responded to the 2700 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a report of a forgery. A female suspect had paid for some merchandise in a store with a counterfeit $100 bill.
1:08 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a building in the 1100 block of West Main Street for a theft report. An unknown suspect took a Halloween decoration on Nov. 3. Later in the day on Nov. 6 the items were returned to the victim and no charges are being requested.
4:46 p.m.: An officer responded to the 700 block of South Lafayette Avenue in reference to possible theft of utilities. The victim noted discrepancies in her utility bills and found that the water heater servicing her residence had been tampered with. A report was completed and forwarded to the Pettis County prosecutor's office.
Nov. 7
8:46 a.m.: Officers responded to the 1600 block of South Stewart Avenue for a report of a runaway juvenile. Contact was made with a female subject who reported that her granddaughter ran away from home. The juvenile was later located and returned home.
11:45 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the area of Ohio Avenue and Hogan Street for a report of gunfire. Multiple people in the area heard what they believed was the sound of gunfire, but no victims came forward and there was no evidence of shots being fired.
2:25 p.m.: An officer took a report of a theft of a pickup near the intersection of Main Street and Washington Avenue. Later in the day, the pickup was located at a business in the 2900 block of West Ninth Street. There is limited suspect information.

Nov. 6
11:52 p.m.: William Keith Davidson III was arrested after deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of 10th Street and Montgomery Avenue for a vehicle failing to maintain its half of the roadway. Davidson was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Nov. 7
Noon: Michael J. Hertel, of Houstonia, was arrested after deputies and Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers responded to the 200 block of West Tuck Street in reference to a report of child abuse. Two children were located who had been slapped multiple times in the face receiving injuries. An adult female in the residence was also assaulted after the incident. A search of nearby properties located Hertel and he was arrested for two counts of abuse of a child, one count of third-degree domestic assault, and three outstanding failure to appear warrants. Hertel was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges.

Nov. 4
3:15 a.m.: Deputies took a report of driving with a suspended/revoked license. An inmate was leaving the jail on work release and two blocks from the jail switched to the driver seat. Formal charges are being filed with the Pettis County Prosecutor's Office.
Nov. 5
Deputies took a report of a stolen green Moto Stylish cell phone in the 1500 Block of Crestview Drive in Pettis County.

Nov. 5
3:28 p.m.: Rochelle R. Velez, 25, of Columbia, was arrested in Morgan County for driving while intoxicated - prior offender, misdemeanor leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a motor vehicle crash, failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, and a no valid driver’s license. She was transported to the Morgan County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
7:07 p.m.: Elizabeth M. Bax, 24, of Barnett, was arrested in Morgan County for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a motor vehicle crash, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Morgan County Jail.
10:30 p.m.: Jeremy D. Schwartzkoff, 40, of Overland, was arrested in Saline County for three felony St. Louis County Police Department warrants and driving with a revoked driver’s license.
Nov. 7
1:28 a.m.: Joel M. McReynolds, 47, of Springfield, Missouri, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
8:33 p.m.: Matthew J. Burns, 32, of Troy, was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated. He was released.

12:51 a.m.: Jennifer M. Porter, 26, of Lynchburg, Virginia, was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. She was transported to the Saline County Jail and released.
