2:25 a.m.: Shannon M. Kimball, 38, of the 2300 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle stop near West 16th Street and South State Fair Boulevard for an improper turn. Kimball was intoxicated and was processed and released with a municipal citation for driving while intoxicated.
6:25 p.m.: Officers responded to the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard for a hit-and-run crash report. A vehicle was struck on the side and the striking vehicle left without providing information. A report was collected.
5:13 a.m.: An officer took a report of an unlawful use of a credit device. The victim reported that a known subject used the victim's credit card number to make an unauthorized online purchase of $796.
