Sept 18
10:15 p.m.: Colton Blake Sherer, 32, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the police department lobby regarding a report of a subject providing alcohol to a minor in the 2700 block of West Broadway Boulevard. Officers investigated and a city citation was issued.
Sept 20
6:50 p.m.: Alan L. Gresson, 53, was arrested after officers responded to Bothwell for a report of assault that occurred in the 400 block of East Saline Street. Greeson was identified, transported to the Pettis County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of second-degree kidnapping and third-degree domestic assault.
Sept 24
9:28 a.m.: Mario Alberto Alejo-Zacharias, 38, was arrested after a traffic stop for a moving violation near South Missouri Avenue and West Fourth Street. The driver didn't have a valid license and was issued a court summons.
11:06 a.m.: Emma Jean McCoy, 61, was arrested after officers responded to the 600 block of North Ohio Avenue regarding a trespassing in progress. McCoy was identified and received a citation.
6:06 p.m.: Christopher Paul Zach, 42, was arrested after officers were dispatched to an intoxicated male laying on a liquor parking lot screaming with a large knife. Zach was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour safekeeping hold.
Sept 25
9:59 p.m.: Jason L. McNeil, 52, was arrested after a traffic stop near West Main Street and South Harrison Avenue. He had a suspended driver's license and was issued a municipal court date.
11:15 p.m.: Steven Christopher Wischmeier, 37, was arrested after police conducted a traffic stop in a vehicle for a defective brake light near South Engineer Avenue and East Ninth Street. The driver was suspended and intoxicated and was transported to the jail pending charges of DWI - persistent offender and DWS.
Sept 26
3:04 a.m.: Jaden Christopher Davis, 21, was arrested after officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of South Prospect Avenue. A female victim reported being assaulted by her boyfriend who was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of second-degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and kidnapping.
3:55 a.m.: Guillermo G. Nieto, 34, was arrested after officers responded to the 400 block of Welch Court for the report of an assault. A victim reported the subject punched her and left the scene. The victim had minor injuries and the suspect was later located at a hotel and transported to the police department for processing. Nieto was released with a summons for assault.
11:18 p.m.: Jordan Tieler Frain, 19, was arrested after a traffic stop near Fourth Street and Grand Avenue. He was issued a city summons for operating without a valid license.
Sept 27
10:35 p.m.: Maria E. Rubio Rodriguez, 37, was arrested after a call came in from the 400 block of North Prospect Avenue regarding a noise complaint. Evidence was shown that the noise ordinance of a 100-ft sound barrier had been violated and Rodriguez was issued a city summons.
Sept 28
4:20 a.m.: Archie Kikoa Atiz, 52, was arrested after police stopped a motor vehicle for expired registration near East 12th Street and South Engineer Avenue. Atiz had no drivers license and was cited and released.
Incidents
Sept 9
10:31 a.m.: In the course of investigating another case, an officer learned of a domestic assault that occurredJuly in the 1400 block of South Kentucky Avenue. Further investigation found the injuries had been documented by the victim and charges of third-degree domestic assault were requested. The suspect is currently incarcerated at the Pettis County on charges from the original case.
Sept 16
4:00 p.m.: An officer responded to West 10th Street and Winchester Drive regarding a hit-and-run crash. Information was gathered for a report.
Sept 18
10:36 a.m.: An officer was assigned a cyber tip regarding suspicious activity on the Instagram platform that occurred June 1. Due to the length of time that had elapsed, the officer was unable to get any records to verify the incident or suspect.
Sept 23
2:49 p.m.: An officer took a report of identity theft in the lobby of the police department from the 1800 block of East 15th Street.
Sept 24
7:04 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to Casey's, 1601 East Broadway Boulevard, in reference to a theft report. The victim said his cell phone was stolen from the location.
9:07 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of South Ohio Avenue for a report of property damage estimated at $1,000.
Sept 25
3:31 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the police department lobby in reference to a report of fraud from the 900 Block of South Murray Avenue.
4:52 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to Valvoline, 4131 West Broadway Blvd, for a damaged property report. They investigated and a report was made.
6:43 p.m.: Officers responded to the Bothwell emergency room for an animal bite from the 900 block of North Grand Avenue.
Sept 26
1:34 a.m.: Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation. The vehicle failed to yield and when officers located it the driver had fled. The driver was not located or identified.
11:24 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the police department lobby in reference to a report of verbal and text threats.

Sept 24
6:11 p.m.: Lisa Yungbluth, 61, of Jefferson City was arrested in Johnson County for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
Sept 26
10:42 p.m.: Quinton X. Faught, 18, of Clinton was arrested in Henry County for driving while intoxicated and a Henry County misdemeanor warrant. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
Sept 27
3:16 a.m.: Alexander L. Garcia, 27, of Moline, Ill was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
