July 21
2:26 a.m.: Jason Donavan Stout, 44, of the 1000 block of South State Fair Boulevard, was was arrested near the intersection of West 10th Street and State Fair Boulevard on charges of failure to obey and resisting arrest. Officers responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road with no lights on.
July 25
7:19 p.m.: James Edward Miller, 46, of the 1100 block of South Osage Avenue, was arrested in the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license. An officer conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot near South Massachusetts Avenue and East Broadway Boulevard. Dispatch confirmed the driver had no valid licence.
9:26 p.m.: Justin Daniel Warren, 29, of Kansas City, was arrested near the intersection of South Ohio Avenue and 13th Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Warren had an active warrant for his arrest from Clay County. A passenger in the vehicle, Kassie Grate, 26, of Grain Valley, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

5:38 p.m.: Officers responded to the 4000 block of South Limit Avenue for a theft of a disassembled car port valued at $800. An investigation is ongoing.
