Arrests

Oct. 16

4:11 p.m.: Sally Fields, 27, of the 700 block of East Fourth Street, was arrested in the 2900 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of three counts of forgery. Officers responded to three businesses for a subject trying to use fake $100 bills. Contact was made with the subject walking out of one of the businesses and was taken into custody.

4:15 p.m.: Rusty S. Hayworth, 29, of the 1900 block of South Ingram Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of fourth-degree domestic assault. Officers were dispatched to a report of domestic assault. Upon arrival they made contact with a male and female outside the residence. The female had minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. The male was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Incidents

Oct. 16

8:33 a.m.: An officer responded to the 300 block of East 11th Street for a report of a burglary. The victim said that while she was walking her dog, someone entered her residence and stole $1,102 worth of cash and miscellaneous items. She gave information about a possible suspect, but the suspect had not been located for questioning at the time of the report.

5:31 p.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 300 block of South Lamine Avenue for a report of a burglary. The complainant reported a subject entered the business during closed hours Oct. 16 and stole $265 from the cash register. The suspect was identified by the complainant. The officer is submitting charges of second-degree burglary and stealing to the Pettis County Prosecuting Attorney.

1:25 p.m.: Jason E. Wilkinson, 29, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
