Arrests

Oct. 18

12:30 p.m.: Perry Edwin Bales Jr., 49, of the 700 block of East Fourth Street, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. An officer stopped a vehicle at East Saline Street and North Depp Avenue for a traffic violation. During the stop, the officer discovered the driver, Bales, had an active felony warrant from Pettis County. He took Bales into custody, and searched his vehicle. The search reportedly revealed drug paraphernalia and controlled substances.

4:50 p.m.: Timothy Lee Davis, 42, of the 1500 block of Crestview Drive, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. An officer was dispatched to the area of West Third Street and South Gentry Avenue for a report of suspicious activity. He spoke with a subject fitting the description the caller provided. The officer reportedly located drugs and drug paraphernalia on his person.

Incidents

7:50 p.m.: An officer took a theft report in the police station lobby. The victim said someone took $3,000 from his bank account. He believed his account information had been stolen after his bank contacted him. The victim provided a list of suspects and believes his account information was stolen from his residence in the 1200 block of New England Drive.

Oct. 18

2:35 p.m.: Autumn R. Christoff, 37, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Benton County on charges of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
