Two men injured in Truman watercraft accident
Randall E. Stone, 69, of Holden, and Albert A. Weaver, 68, of Pleasant Hill, received moderate injuries in a watercraft collision at 9:55 a.m. Friday at the G23 mile marker of Truman Lake.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Lowe made an abrupt turn in front of a 2014 Tracker piloted by Stone, who was headed north.
Although both boaters were wearing safety devices, Weaver was ejected from the boat and was taken by emergency medical services to Research Medical Center in Kansas City. Stone was taken by emergency medical services to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
