According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Dustin A. Reid, 32, of Harrisonville, was driving east on state Route C, east of Keseman Avenue, when he passed another eastbound vehicle driven by Jasper Glenn, 30, of Warsaw, on a hill and struck a westbound vehicle driven by Leman L.
