Leeton motorcyclist injured in Henry County crash

Cody E. Riordan, 24, of Leeton, suffered moderate injuries at 6:50 p.m. Monday in a Henry County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Riordan was driving a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja west on Main Street at Colt Street in Windsor when he crossed the centerline of the roadway and struck the passenger side of an unnamed vehicle.

Riordan was wearing a helmet and was transported by Pettis County Ambulance District to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.

Versailles man injured in Morgan County accident

Corey J. Brewer, 40, of Versailles, suffered moderate injuries at 8:09 p.m. Monday in a Morgan County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Brewer was driving a 2021 Can-Am X3RR UTV west on Fresno Road near Seals Road when he lost control due to rough terrain and overturned.

Brewer was not wearing a safety device and was transported by MU Air to University Hospital in Columbia.

Tractor-trailer collision leaves one in serious condition

William J. Marquess, 52, of Smithton, suffered serious injuries at 11:18 a.m. Monday in a Pettis County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. Marquess was driving a 2015 Freightliner M2 south at U.S. Highway 65 and Grand Avenue when he failed to yield and pulled into the path of a 2015 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Stephen C. Olinger, 74, of Bloomfield, Iowa, who was driving east. Marquess's truck overturned in the collision.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Marquess was flown by air EMS to University Hospital in Columbia.
