Warrensburg man hurt in Johnson accident
Phillip H. Wild, 77, of Warrensburg, sustained minor injuries at 9:37 a.m. Monday in Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Claire J. Starbuck, 18, of Warrensburg, was eastbound on NW 575 Road, crossed the center of the roadway and sideswiped a 2014 Jeep Cherokee driven west by Wild.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Wild was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by Johnson County Ambulance District.
Knob Noster woman injured in Johnson accident
Whitney L. Arnett, 23, of Knob Noster, sustained moderate injuries at midnight Monday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Arnett was driving a 2013 Honda north on state Route 23 and attempted to avoid an animal in the roadway, traveled off the roadway, became airborne, and overturned.
She was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by Johnson County Ambulance District.
