A Knob Noster woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 7:50 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Brenda R. Biesmeyer, 62, was driving a 2004 Ford Freestar east on Highway W at Overstreet Road when she failed to stop at a stop sign and traveled into the path of a northbound 2002 Chevrolet 2500 driven by Brent C. Guier, 39, of Smithton. The front of Guier’s vehicle struck the right side of Biesmeyer’s vehicle.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Biesmeyer was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center with minor injuries.
