Warsaw teen hurt in Benton accident
Hallie N. Wenberg, 18, of Warsaw, sustained minor injuries at 9:35 a.m. Thursday in a Benton County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Wenberg was on Route DD north of state Route 7 in a 2002 Chevrolet when she failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the right side of the roadway.
She was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District.
Holden teen hurt in Johnson accident
Sierra R. Weaver, 19, of Holden, sustained minor injuries at 4:47 p.m. Wednesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Weaver was driving east on state Route 58 at Route F in a 2000 Toyota when she began to hydroplane and lost control, traveling off the roadway and striking a ditch before overturning.
She was wearing a seat belt and was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by private conveyance.
