Oct. 4
7:30 a.m.: Cody L. Bergman, 25, of the 500 block of West Morgan Street, was arrested after officers responded for a domestic assault. An investigation found Bergman was the primary aggressor and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of third-degree domestic assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Oct. 4
1:37 p.m.: A set of keys found in the 100 block of West Pacific Street near Lamy's were turned into the police department lobby. They were entered into evidence for safekeeping.
6:18 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to Housel Park for vandalism after a witness observed subjects striking the roof of the shelter near the basketball court with various tools before leaving. Officers discovered a hole in the roof of the shelter.
