8:18 a.m.: Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West 16th Street and Thompson Boulevard on a vehicle failing to display its registration. Upon further investigation, it led to a search of a residence near the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue. Officers gathered information for a report.
