10:03 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to a business in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft that occurred the previous day. The suspect was seen on camera taking an item and leaving without paying for it. The suspect is known to both the employees and law enforcement and a charge of stealing was submitted to the prosecutor.
