This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

March 15

8:51 p.m.: Jacob David Haulcy, 28, of the 300 block of West Seventh Street, was arrested after being observed turning onto West Seventh Street from southbound South Kentucky Avenue with expired plates and failing to maintain the right-half of the roadway. A traffic stop found the driver impaired by drugs and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail for driving while intoxicated.

March 16

11:43 p.m.: Dalen Paul Miller, 35, of Smithton, was arrested after being observed at Engineer Avenue and East Broadway Boulevard with most of his vehicle past the stop line. Miller turned onto Broadway, driving over the dashed white line and slowly drifting to the outside lane without using a turn signal. A traffic stop at East Broadway Boulevard and South Merriam Avenue found Miller intoxicated and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was processed and released for driving while intoxicated.

March 17

1:03 a.m.: Katelyn Grace Bartlett, 30, of the 1200 block of South Lafayette Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle stop at East 10th Street and South Massachusetts Avenue for failure to maintain a lane and failure to stop prior to a stop line. Bartlett was intoxicated and resisted arrest. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on a 24-hour hold for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

March 20

5:41 p.m.: Augustin Cano Rodriguez Jr., of the 300 block of West 10th Street, was arrested after officers observed a truck disobey a stop sign at West 32nd Street and South Grand Avenue. At the traffic stop it was discovered the driver had no operator's status. He was placed under arrest and released on scene with a summons for no driver's license.

March: 21

12:20 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Howard Street regarding property being vandalized and damaged. They spoke with the complainant and gathered information for a report.

March 20

6:45 p.m.: Nicole A. Larimer, 36, of Eldon, was arrested for driving while intoxicated - alcohol, driving with a suspended license, and speeding. She was released on summons.
