Nov. 24
10:40 a.m.: Hannah M. Randolph, 28, of Excelsior Springs, was arrested in Saline County for felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Randolph was released.
Nov. 25
4:31 p.m.: David A. Ortiz, 28, of Knob Noster, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain the right half of the roadway, and no valid operator's license. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.
